Everything was wonderful. We had a view of the pool and part side view of the city. The balcony added a very relaxed and welcomed bonus. The views from the terrace and breakfast room were amazing. The pool was cool but needed on a very hot day, and pool towels are offered. Toledo is stunning, we left the car and taxi’d into the city, for around €10 each way. The parking is good, some shaded. We had a friendly welcome and were given some good advice about where to be dropped off in Toledo and picked up again and what to see. We ate out whilst there. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, friendly and welcoming. We had drinks on the terrace in the evening. The bedroom was huge, the bed was comfortable and the room was in keeping with the hotels style. The breakfast room had amazing views and the food was delicious, the coffee and juices nice too. The breakfast staff very welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Having stayed at ' Parador Toledo ' so many times and just keep coming back for more I ask of you to visit this beautiful haven ! I would like to thank all who work at the Parador for their exceptional energy and welcome throughout! Alcazar, you get a little SPECIAL MENTION ! The Parador creation for those who know is an ingenious idea backed by the Spanish Government a long time ago ...Why we never adopted this idea in the UK astounds me .....Yes ....The Spanish are way ahead of the game ....Historic Castles and estates of great magnificence are open for you to stay at unbelievable rates backed up with the loveliest workforce anyone could wish for ...... Toledo is particularly special and those that have been know exactly why!

This was, beyond doubt, the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a wonderful room with a terrace, from which we had panoramic views of the whole of the city of Toledo. The room was classically beautiful with a ceramic tiled floor and full length doors opening onto the terrace. We had a lovely bathroom with spa bath , shower and separate toilet. The restaurant had an extensive menu for breakfast and evening meal, with the choice of eating outdoors. Toledo probably needs 2-3 days to visit the main tourist sites with its magnificent architecture including a 13th Century Gothic Cathedral, the Al Cazar, the El Greco museum and has abundant side streets and alley ways.

beautiful location, beautiful property - even with a pool! the food was excellent. the front desk was very accommodating. one can dine outside and watch the sunset as the town lights up. there were two issues, albeit small: the service at dinner was pathetic, I finally bussed my own dishes and left. I was also annoyed at the waiter, as he didn't want me to take the jar of drinking water we had ordered upstairs - they reuse the bottles and was afraid I would steal it. We felt safe at the property but were told that the town has a lot of crime, which is why the old parts of town are uninhabited - folks are fleeing to the suburbs.

Everything was great but despite my paying for 12 couples breakfasts for 1st of august and 3 couples breakfasts on the 2nd of august they charged my friend dDr Jacob Abraham 42 pounds for breakfast for him and his wife on the 2nd of august. the staff also tried to insist that my guests needed to pay again for the 1st of August breakfast, but they held strong and refused to budge. I want for the Hotel to return the extra breakfast money so that I can return it to my guest.. If this does not happen straight away, i will be left with no option , but to take this further.
